We know how important it is for our families to understand where your investment goes, and why.
You’re not just paying for classes; you’re investing in a safe, inspiring environment where your child is supported, challenged, and celebrated every step of the way.
Each year, we spend months reviewing our budgets and projections to ensure our pricing reflects the true cost of running a high-quality, well-staffed, and sustainable program; without adding anything unnecessary.
We’ve worked hard behind the scenes to streamline costs and make our systems more efficient. Before any price adjustment is considered, we thoroughly review our budgets line by line, removing or reducing non-essential expenses wherever possible. We’ve restructured schedules, improved internal systems, and explored new revenue streams, all with the goal of keeping pricing fair and stable for our families.
But like most growing businesses, there are some expenses that continue to rise. Rather than simply passing those costs on, we’ve taken time to reduce, re-evaluate, and reimagine how we can operate smarter while still delivering the best possible experience.
What Goes Into Our Pricing
Every dollar that comes into Infinity goes straight back into the experience we provide for our athletes, families, and staff. Our pricing allows us to maintain the level of safety, professionalism, and care that our community expects.
These include things like:
Maintaining a fully equipped, spacious, and safe gym
Providing air-conditioned, clean, and well-maintained spaces for comfort and safety
Having a front desk and management team available to support our families and coaches
Paying our coaches fairly and investing in full-time careers, helping us retain incredible staff and provide livable, sustainable careers in cheer and dance
Ongoing coach education and professional training to maintain high standards
Hosting fun community events and athlete experiences throughout the year
Maintaining safe class ratios so each athlete receives the right attention and supervision
Continuing to support our athletes and parents every step of the way
As well as general business expenses such as taxes, rent, insurance, utilities, technology, gym upgrades, software, subscriptions, and more.
All of these elements combine to make Infinity Athletics what it is, a professional, positive, and family-focused environment where athletes can thrive.
Why a Small Price Adjustment Is Coming
After a detailed review of our 2026 budget, we’ve determined that a small price adjustment will take effect next year.
This decision hasn’t been made lightly, in fact, we’ve worked hard to keep it small by reducing non-essential costs and exploring alternative income sources. However, with rising operational expenses (including rent, utilities, insurance, and wages), and our ongoing investment into our facilities, staff development and safety standards, this adjustment has become necessary to ensure long-term sustainability.
Even with this change, our pricing remains competitive within the industry, especially when you consider the level of service, facility quality, and support that Infinity provides.
We’re confident this adjustment allows us to continue offering an environment that’s not only safe and fun, but also forward-thinking, where coaches can build careers and athletes can achieve their goals in a space designed for excellence.
How You Can Help Keep Our Program Affordable
While we do everything possible to manage costs internally, our community’s support directly impacts our ability to keep pricing low and stable in the future.
Here’s how your involvement truly makes a difference:
Join and share our extra events. Activities like open gyms, holiday activities, camps, discos, workshops, and private lessons help bridge financial gaps more than you may realise and reduce the need for larger price adjustments in the future. Attendance at extra events has often been low in 2025, resulting in the safety net this revenue creates to fill gaps in our budget, not being as helpful this year.
Help us fill our classes. This year, we averaged around 65% class capacity, which means many sessions still had room for more athletes. By filling those spots, we can spread our overhead costs across more people, directly helping to keep fees lower for everyone.
Encourage growth. We’re currently using about 60% of our available space throughout the week, meaning there’s plenty of opportunity to welcome more athletes and families into our community. Higher enrolment strengthens our program and stabilises pricing.
Leave us a review on Google. Reviews help new families discover Infinity and are one of the easiest, most impactful ways to support us.
Share, recommend, and invite! Tell friends, post on social media, or encourage someone to trial a class, word-of-mouth growth is one of the strongest ways to help us keep our program thriving and affordable.
When more families participate, our fixed operational costs, like rent, insurance, and staffing, are spread across a larger base, reducing financial pressure and helping to keep prices lower across the board.
