By growing up through our program over many, many years, it allows our coaches to not just be someone your child knows for a year, but build relationships that last a lifetime.

Our coaches endeavour to be our athletes' lifetime cheerleaders. Someone our athletes will have that will celebrate their life success and be there to support them during life's lows. Infinity means forever, and our coaches take this seriously. 

Our athletes that stay long term often make friendships that will last a life time. These friendships are often with like-minded people who have similar goals, and have learned life skills from us such as diligence, kindness, humility, responsibility and respect

These friendships help guide our athletes through adolescences on a safer and more supported path by leaning on the friendships and coach-athlete relationships built in our gym.

This typically builds the BEST athletes as athletes have had a consistent program that they are familiar with, and coaches who know their strengths and weaknesses,  as well as coaches that know how they work best to achieve the best result. The coaches also know their dreams and their journey so can put them on the right path to achieve their dreams and goals, ultimately creating successful teams along the way. 

Parents and families that stick with us long term and value our methodology often bring positivity and support to our program that creates an invaluable community to be a part of.

Of course staying long term and growing into an exceptional worlds athlete isn’t for everyone. We understand this and will support all athletes equally regardless of their length of enrolment or goals. However, building long term relationships at Infinity has huge benefits.

Moving through levels too fast often leads to burn out, from the sport becoming too hard and not being fun any more, as well as not having as much opportunity to be successful at competition as the athletes have not perfected their skills, and it creates a higher risk for mental blocks and injuries. We want our athletes to FEEL successful all the time, not just on the day they made the team. This is why we set very specific standards to progress through levels to ensure the safety, success and longevity of our athletes.

We value all teams and programs no matter their level. We have employed a dedicated Program Leader for every program to ensure its athletes are successful.

We provide coaches that are just as skilled across all programs and classes. We ensure all coaches receive great training and support to ensure all athletes get an amazing experience with equal opportunities.

Our coaches actively seek out what goals our athletes have in mind and find practical ways to help our athletes achieve them, ensuring our athletes are successful.

When our athletes learn skills with great technique, our athletes feel empowered and confident in themselves, knowing that their skills are excellent. 

Progressing through levels in a safe manner, without rushing and pushing athletes for the sake of filling a team, ensures athletes have great technique, and ample experience to achieve the skills within their levels to avoid injuries and burnout. This leads to feeling confident in themselves and their teammates. 

By building long term relationships with our coaches, our athletes feel confident when our coaches support them in whatever they are trying to achieve. 

Our coaches dedicate a lot of time to ensure our athletes feel confident and successful when on the competition floor, they plan every class to the minute, educate themselves on the latest techniques and review routines frame by frame to ensure they are prepared and ready to lead their team to success. This level of preparation and thought ensures that our athletes feel confident when competing at competition and has contributed to much of our success over the years.

We dedicate time in all classes to focus on Injury Prevention, we do strength & conditioning focusing on strengthening key areas to avoid injuries and ensure our athletes are strong enough to complete the skills at the level they are in to help them feel empowered and confident in what they are doing.

We have high expectations of our athletes and keep them accountable. We expect the very best of them not just in their athletic efforts, but in their attitudes. We want every athlete to grow to be an ambassador of our values, Kindness, Humility and Excellence. 

Our coaches encourage athletes to think through things with a growth mindset instead of a fixed mindset. Every mistake or hurdle is seen as an opportunity to learn from, not a negative thing to get in their way. 

We teach our athletes how to work as a team and how to communicate with others in fast paced environments. We hold them accountable for their actions and words and ensure they are always being kind and humble.

We take pride in our integrity and ensure we train our staff on our values and how to uphold them. We always aim to act with integrity and honesty and are always open to feedback.

We ensure every program in the gym is involved with one another so athletes can all support each other and feel like a community. We teach our athletes to cheer everyone on no matter if they are 3yrs or 30yrs.
