Please read before booking. By purchasing or using this pass, you agree to the following:

Bookings Required

1. Classes MUST be booked in advance to secure a spot.

2. Spaces are limited and classes may fill quickly, so please book early.

3. Holding an Unlimited Pass does not guarantee a place in every class.

Class Availability & Cancellations

1. We may occasionally need to cancel, reschedule, or adjust classes due to coach illness, low numbers, or other unforeseen reasons.

2. If this happens, we’ll contact you as soon as possible via email or text.

3. Refunds or credits are not provided for individual cancelled classes, as the pass allows access to multiple sessions over the holiday period.

4. Replacement or additional classes may be added at our discretion.

Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable

1. Passes cannot be shared, transferred, or refunded once purchased (except as required by law & the exception outlined below).

2. 24 hour cooling off period. If you purchase your pass and cannot book the classes you wish due to them being full within 24 hours of purchase, we will accept refund requests submitted via email made within 24hrs of purchase.

3. No credits or extensions will be issued for missed classes or non-attendance.

Valid Dates

1. The Unlimited Pass is only valid for the summer holiday class period listed at the time of purchase (15 Dec 2025 - 21 Jan 2026).

2. Any unused sessions after this period will expire automatically.
