Important Apps
We use the BAND App to Communicate with our Members. It is important that all members are part of our App and check it regularly. BAND provides access to our Calendar with event details, and posts with other gym related information.
We use Enrolmy as our Class Booking and Accounts Platform. This is where our clients can book their class and manage their fees. We invoice all fees via Enrolmy.

If there is anything your child is struggling with or a situation they need some extra support with, submit this request and our Culture & Athlete Success Manager will be in touch.
FAQs.

All of our costumes and uniforms are custom made. Typically we can expect items to arrive 6-12 weeks after the order cut off date.
We will always send you an email once your uniform/costume/order is ready for collection.
Keep an eye out for this email.

If your child is in a CheerSPORT or Elite Team, all competitions are compulsory.
If your child is not wanting to do the competitions, we recommend Cheer4fUN or Tumbling Classes.

Final days and times for the competitions are only released to us 2-3wks prior. We can aim to have an estimated time and day 3-4wks prior.
As soon as we have any day or time details for you, they will be emailed to you straight away.
